Couldn’t remember at first how I had done this in the past…..but then I did.

Ok, rant first (what a surprise). If you publish Holiday Opening Hours STICK to them. Loaded the van with ‘rubbish’ yesterday, for the second time, and checked upon my first trip to the recycling centre (a fancy term for the dump) only to get there to find it closed an hour earlier than it said…..and I wasn’t the only one there either. Today I decided I’d go for a coffee in the Erneside. Checked hours and claimed NYD was 9-6…..parked at Enniskillen Castle and walked round, and yes, of course it was closed. Walked passed Tesco which claimed it was closed today….and it was open!!! Grrrrr….still, van loaded for tomorrow.

On my own at NYE for the first time ever but hey, it didn’t stop the New Year from arriving. The actual moment came and went as I watched a documentary on Deep Purple that I had never saw before. See, some loved ones are always there for you 😁

We now have a new functioning double plug socket in the studio again. Added into my recent washing machine repair (plumbing issue), tumble drier repair (electrical issue) and main sewer unclogging (shit issue) and I’m the Darth Vader of handymanning. Darth Vader?….sometimes I have to use (the) Force to get things done.

Anyway, must go….and remember, Christmas is now this year again.
