Ever since Brisbane I’d been craving a Pizza

I’d ordered one from room service, it was delicious but just didn’t hit the spot so it was a day off in Valetta specifically for a pizza!

Unfortunately we were there on Good Friday so pretty much everything other than restaurants and tourist shops was closed

We stopped in the Main Street for coffee. And horror of horrors just caught ourselves on in time as we walked away without paying – the result of being on a ship for 3 months!

We could have headed out of the city but we wanted a lazy day, so we just wandered round taking a few touristy photos to work up an appetite for our delicious lunch in one of the restaurants opposite the cathedral

The pizza was delicious and the Greek Salad heavenly so to top it off we caught the little tourist train round the city

After all that effort sitting in the train we finished the day with an ice cream flower before heading back to the ship

One last port to go!
