This post finds me another year older but no wiser! Yesterday was my Birthday and we spent it at sea

Up at our usual time for art class though I did find time to open my presents, and a surprise card from someone in class. I also learned to my absolute delight, that my hubby had had a dedication played for me on the Ken Bruce Radio 2 love song – I was so chuffed!

Between classes we sat out on deck watching Boobies fishing, flying fish, turtles and some dolphins however in the late afternoon we were treated to two massive pods of dolphins passing the ship, both of which were really active, high jumpers. We were up on deck 9 and did see them but too high up for a decent photo

We finished the day off in the Ocean Grill for a fabulous dinner, I had Onion Soup served with an Onion Bhaji followed by Sirloin Steak with all the trimmings including the most delicious house salad and for pudding I’d the Marco Brownie with hot chocolate sauce, though I had vanilla ice cream instead of cherry. Absolutely delicious

Stuffed after a fabulous meal we cried off the show and went to bed after a really perfect birthday at sea
