I’m sure we’re all over the moon to see that the boss is still enjoying nice warm, sunny weather Down Under…..and I’m sure you, like I, have no wish to see her boat get caught in some giant cyclone, or typhoon, or monsoon, or tsunami……😂

Every time it looks like the snow is going it seems to realise how much it likes turning 40 shades of green to white and returns….and I don’t think we’ve seen the last of it. A white Xmas?…..we could have a white Twelfth!!!

Some tremendous news last night from a business PoV but sadly we can’t say anything for a week or two yet. Watch this space 😀

Somebody asked me the other day if I preferred a hard one or a soft one. I gave out about the fact that the border was never overly secure during the Troubles so it was unlikely to change much come March 2019 and the Customs union was a fallacy anyway…..but they were talking about boiled eggs 😉

I took up the offer of the Fermanagh Free Weekend and went to the Fermanagh Museum yesterday. I been before many times but it changes quite regularly. Spent 30 mins walking around the outside exhibits and 90mins chatting with the Keep curator. Turns out he bought some G&T marmalade for his brother in England at the Food Festival last year and his brother wanted him to get more but he didn’t know where to get any. Always nice to hear from happy customers. I didn’t realise I could see our FB pages reviews until today (yeah, I know 🙄). Some of them are quite humbling. ☺️

Anyway, the dogs need fed and it’s just started snowing again. Brrrrrrilliant.
