Stunningly beautiful beaches – guess what? It’s too dangerous to go on them! Sharks, salt water crocodiles & at the minute an influx of lethal jellyfish and that’s forgetting the stinging biting sea creatures!

Played safe with a visit to the art gallery – who is even surprised

Discovered that wagon wheel ice creams exist

And took a trip to the Military museum. Here I am upside down in a WW2 searchlight

Pretty amazing to go into an actual bunker

And see lots of decaying vehicles from Australia’s involvement in WW2 & Vietnam

And restored ones too

Topped it off with a field full of wallabies

And now recovering with friends & an Aussie strongbow

And an amazing secret message from home

I’ve had worse days…..
